Dr. Sara Holden D.D.S., M.S.D., is a Board-Certified Periodontist. Sara completed her Bachelor of Architecture in 2014 at The Pennsylvania State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018. She continued her education, specializing in Periodontics and receiving her Master of Science in Dentistry in 2021 at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Holden’s professional affiliations include American Academy of Periodontology, Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She has volunteered her time with Mission of Mercy.
